Shipping policy

All products are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and its network of print providers.

Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on the product.

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped using the carrier selected by the print provider.
2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Standard delivery times (after fulfillment) are usually:

Domestic (within provider’s country): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
4. Tracking

A tracking number (if available) will be provided once your order ships.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Polenar Tactical is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@polenartactical.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify and the print provider to resolve the issue.

Reshipments or refunds for lost/damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
