Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment & Shipping

  • All products are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and its network of print providers.

  • Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on the product.

  • Once fulfilled, orders are shipped using the carrier selected by the print provider.

2. Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times (after fulfillment) are usually:

    • Domestic (within provider’s country): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Tracking

  • A tracking number (if available) will be provided once your order ships.

  • Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Polenar Tactical is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@polenartactical.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify and the print provider to resolve the issue.

  • Reshipments or refunds for lost/damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
